When analyzing the cost of the membership you should keep a few things in mind:

If a notary were to mail a simple 8 1/2 x 11 flyer to 5,000 Escrow Officers, 4 times annually (20,000 flyers) it would cost an individual notary over $7,000 per year.
It would cost a notary at least $350 just to print 20,000 business cards (only 1-sided).
The creation of a valid contact list of over 5,000 Escrow Officers nationwide would require an extreme amount of time and effort for an individual notary.
