For example:

If your county costs $199 for an annual membership, it only costs you 1 cent per Notary Blue Book sent to each Escrow Officer.

When analyzing the cost of the membership you should keep a few things in mind:

  • If a notary were to mail a simple 8 1/2 x 11 flyer to 5,000 Escrow Officers, 4 times annually (20,000 flyers) it would cost an individual notary over $7,000 per year.
  • It would cost a notary at least $350 just to print 20,000 business cards (only 1-sided).
  • The creation of a valid contact list of over 5,000 Escrow Officers nationwide would require an extreme amount of time and effort for an individual notary.
  • The odds of an Escrow Officer keeping an individual notary's flyer are far less than the odds of an Escrow Officer keeping a professionally bound Blue Book of professional Mobile Notaries nationwide.
